Confidentiality
Total confidentiality applies to all cases at the Taxation of Research Workers Board.
The confidentiality is governed by Chapter 27 Sections 1, 4 and 6 and Chapter 43 Section 8 of the Swedish Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (2009:400).
Total confidentiality means that we don't release any information in your application or other documents that you have submitted. Nor do we disclose information on who has applied for tax relief.
In the event that you appeal against our decision, please note that the confidentiality is less restrictive once your case is brought before the courts.
