With start in March 2025 the Taxation of Research Workers Board ask you to use our contact form to contact us. The form is a more secure way to send confidential information to the Board than a regular email.

You can submit your application, any supplementing documents or other enquiries to us in a secure way with the contact form which you find via Contact us.

Power of attorney

It is common that the employer or the employee engages someone to assist with the application for tax relief.

To further ensure that confidential information is not disclosed to unauthorized persons, the Board will request a written power of attorney when communicating with others than the applicant.

Please attach a power of attorney, if applicable, to the application to avoid longer processing time for your application.
